We freshly make and deliver Healthy Meal Programmes to your door, without any effort from you. You get your entire days food the night before. Just heat and eat.
We have spent years working with Nutritionists, Health Coaches and Personal Trainers to work out the best food combinations and programmes to help you reach your goal. The best thing is they are delicious and good for you.

We have different healthy meal programmes which will specifically help you reach your goal. And we tailor plans for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs, as well as those with specific ingredient dislikes.
All our food is – Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Egg Free & mostly Nut free.
It is always – Fresh, natural, seasonal, unprocessed.
Our ingredients are bought 3 to 4 times a week.
Our menus are made the day we cook. They are never rotated, because our food is bought from the market seasonally.

Liver Cleanse Programme
Since our health and well-being is dependent on how our body removes and purges toxins from the body it is advised to periodically do a liver cleanse to keep our liver healthy throughout the year. Cleansing and detoxing the liver helps to clear pesticides, medications, heavy metals out of your system, resulting in a healthy liver and in a healthy life.
